We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the accounting cycle and help build a scalable financial structure for a growing multi-entity organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean environment, enjoys improving processes, and can bring strong accounting discipline to a business preparing for expansion.

What You'll Do

• Own the full month-end close process
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage multi-entity accounting, including intercompany transactions
• Maintain clean documentation and ensure strong internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process and structural improvements
• Support the development of a scalable financial platform as the organization grows

Who You Are

• 5+ years of overall experience in Accouting
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Previous experience in QuickBooks Online preferred
• You approach accounting with structured thinking and strong discipline
• You have hands-on experience running the entire month-end close
• You're confident managing multi-entity environments
• You're comfortable operating independently within a small to mid-sized business
• You enjoy improving workflows, tightening controls, and organizing financial data
